My Opinion About
iOs 26 Beta
When it comes to me I usually hate beta software because they are buggy, untested, and usually do weird things, but since the new software has features that I love I couldn’t wait till fall to get my hands on them. At the time of writing this piece I’ve been testing the iOS 26 beta for almost 3 weeks now and I’ve been surprised with it.
Buggy? Sure it has a few small quirks like when unlocking the phone, the app icons might take a second or two to show up. Animations might stutter for a second, but I haven’t any major bugs that I have in previous betas, like app crashing, not responding or the occasional device reboots.
Untested? Can’t really say that because even though we’re only on the third beta, it seems to be functioning correctly and it is smooth between transitions.
I’m also testing macOS 26 and that does have this one annoying bug that keeps sending me alert about some file missing every time I log in to the system, other than that however it also works flawlessly, without any other bugs.
Overall opinion is that, whether its iOS 26 or any other OS26 software, once the public release is available it is going to be great because interrogating the unknown numbers feature can’t be beat. I’ve tested that feature too since I was expecting the call from a company that I won’t name for legal reasons and once they called me I set my iPhone to “ask reason for calling” for unknown numbers so it did that before ringing my phone.
Apologies for the long article it’s not my style here at TechNewsIka.
Samsung Unpacked 2025
As previously stated when it comes to the how many pixels can one camera will fit, I’m still yet to see any kind of proof from Samsung this is even possible. As far as I’m concerned if a $5000 camera can only fit 65 megapixels with those huge lens attachment fitting 200 of them in the device that isn’t even 2 inches thick still doesn’t add up for me. Other than that, I enjoyed the presentation, devices are powerful, they can take a good quality photos and videos. All of the new devices will have the Google Gemini premium for free for a few months so that’s pretty good
WWDC 2025
After watching the presentation I must say that I was quite impressed with some things and others not so much. Let’s recap
Up first was the iOs. I was little upset that rumor sites actually got the name correct but I’ll get over it. I like the idea of all Apple software having similar traits to each other, the “Liquid Glass” design in pretty cool and mostly
Google Gemini
I always like to test those smart assistants, and when I tested Gemini, I was quite impressed by how even a short question like tell me about a celebrity gives you the whole articles that are relevant. For instance, when Michelle Trachtenberg passed away a few days later I asked if there was any news about cause of her death, and it found articles from RELIABLE sources and summarized it’s answer.
